PRODUTTORE 
Il Domaine Charles Van Canneyt, fondato nel 2012 a Vougeot, in Borgogna, è guidato dall’omonimo vigneron, nipote di Alain Hudelot-Noëllat e talento emergente della regione. Parallelamente al suo lavoro presso il rinomato Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat, Charles produce vini in quantità limitate, utilizzando uve di Pinot Noir e Chardonnay da prestigiose parcelle della Côte de Nuits e Côte de Beaune. Le sue cuvée, come Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis e Grand Cru come Charmes-Chambertin, sono vinificate con lieviti indigeni e affinamento in rovere (15% nuovo per i Premier Cru), privilegiando uno stile classico che esalta il terroir. I vini si distinguono per eleganza, con aromi di frutti rossi, neri, note di cuoio e muschio, e una struttura fine e minerale. La produzione, limitata a una o due barrique per appellazione, rende questi vini rari e ambiti dagli appassionati di Borgogna.
