If you want a wine that is a classic representation of these beautiful hills of Lucca, this is the wine for you. Partly from an old old vineyard and partly from 25-year-old vines, the blend is based on Sangiovese and then Canaiolo, Colorino and Ciliegiolo. 
It is aged in 1000-litre oak barrels and then in the bottle for at least a couple of years. 
Ethereal and with a long finish, like the old vines in front of the winery, this wine has its roots in the long history of Tuscan wine.
