A nice throwback to the 1980s here with this nostalgic Longines Conquest Ti Quartz VHP (Very High Precision) titanium and gold-cased gentleman's bracelet wristwatch. The signed circular grey dial is in nice shape and has applied Roman numerals and dot hour markers and also a subtle date aperture at 3 o'clock. The case back bears the details 'Conquest Titanium' and is numbered 25940659. It is paired with the original titanium and gold plated bracelet with Longines fold-over clasp. This watch is in nice shape and offers a really affordable way to enter the vintage watch market with a very well-heeled brand and with Longine's iconic VHP calibre - what a treat. The watch shows some signs of wear but don't we all at over 40 years old? It is running well and keeps good time - and it looks fabulous on the wrist. Who says Quartz ain't cool? Not us.
